Hi
For some users, a message pops up about entering a password randomly. Can be several times a day and another day not at all.
Even if they do not enter a password, it is enough for them to close the outlook and reopen it and it will work or if they enter a password (and even twice in a row) and the outlook will continue to work.
I've already seen questions on the subject here and tried to enter these values in the registry editor and also delete from the Windows Credential any value .
Tried this also :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange]
"AlwaysUseMSOAuthForAutoDiscover"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]
"EnableADAL"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]
"Version"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]
"DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001
This is the pop-up windows
Please Help !!! 🙂

Better study on current M365 setup such as via ADFS or not and behavior under different network conditions such as Internet vs. Intranet, it can help to isolate the issue further
