Office App can't be logged in

I can't login to Office for Android (Version: 16.0.1.12827.20068) at present. The popped-up message just said "Can't complete task; Office app encountered a problem", while I was trying to login to Office app by using my school account countlessly. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the Office app countlessly, but it does not help. 

As for your reference, OneDrive and Outlook app works perfectly on the same Android device, with having the same school account logged in. I sincerely hope the company can help me solve the problem, and let me use Office across devices as perfectly and seamlessly as before. Thank you so much.
