Office account missing or deleted?
One of my office accounts seems to be deleted / missing. I never received my invoice from Microsoft this month...when I tried to log into the admin centre to download it manually I got the error: We couldn't find an account with that username.

- try to recover it, it must be in soft deleted folder, someone inadvertently deleted it from.
- How do I recover it? When I try to log into Microsoft online it says it doesn't recognise the account/email address
