Modern Experience not loading

Hi Folks,

 

For a few of our sites, when we try to open a site page in the "site pages" library, the page only opens if the view is in the classic mode, if I exit the classic mode then the page does not load and Im directed to the "allitems" library view even though I want to open the page.

 

The page I intend to open has only a library webpart and if I remove the library webpart then everything works fine. This is an OOTB document library so should not ideally cause a problem.

 

Has anyone seen this issue before?

 

Also there was a useful documentation on a MSFT site which gave details on error codes and possible reasons why the modern experience wont load, Im unable to find that link, would any of you happen to have that link readily available ?
