Migrating M365 personal account to spouse’s family subscription

I have a Microsoft 365 personal subscription, and am using Family Safety along with the other 365 apps. My wife has since opened a M365 family subscription and has invited me to it, using the same email address associated with my personal account. 

Is it possible to move everything from my personal M365 account to my wife’s M365 family subscription? Including the Family Safety configuration? Using the same email address? If so, any suggestions on how to do this? I’ve found this but I’m not certain this describes the same scenario.
