Installing microsoft 365 questions

I have a microsoft 365 and it says I have shared 1 of 5 subscriptions.

 

I am trying to add 365 to a new computer. How do I do it? It is not on a signed in device. I thought I had installed 365 previously, but then a bitlocker error that caused me to reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows. the computer has a different name and it is not being seen when I look at my other computer with the subscription info. I wish there was some real tech support.....
