I took out my first Microsoft 365 family subscription the other day. There was already a trial version of Microsoft Office on the computer which has never been activated (the computer is 4 years old.
Excel and Word work fine with my sky.com email login.
Notes has a outlook.com email address attached to it. I have tried to change it to the sky one to no avail.
As for Outlook, I seem to have 2 different Outlooks. I'll screenshot below.

This one says working offline but emails are coming through now. Can't add my sky email address.

This one is linked to an outlook.com email. It is obviously the one linked to 365 as I have tried to share with family.
I'm so confused I don't now where to sort this out!
