Help - Office 365 Backup Policy

I know this quite isn't the answer you were looking for, but I do want to point out that Section 6b from the Microsoft Services Agreement states the following:
We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services.

The Microsoft 365 apps inside Office 365 like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams have a different services agreement. Backup isn't mentioned in https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/product/ForallOnlineServices/all or any of the individual services https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/productoffering/Office365Services/all

TonyRedmondthanks for the correction.
Can you point us to any Microsoft documentation where they assume responsibility for backing up your emails or any other M/O365 data? Thanks.
