File / folder permanently deleted and how to retrieve it?
I was accidentally permanent deleted the file in my desktop which sync to OneDrive and then may I know how to restore it back?
Open your OneDrive in browser and go to recycle bin. Look for your folder and restore it. The deleted files/folders stay in the recycle bin for 93 days.
When you restore the file, it will also sync it on your desktop.

- Is permanently deleted, cannot find in the OneDrive recycle bin
- There are two levels of recycle bins, check on secondary recycle bin. Below link is for SharePoint but same steps required for OneDrive:
