Fake Contacts, Wrong Contacts & Trouble with Aliases

Hello. Aliases on my account are appearing as the contact for my own account when setting up rules in Outlook 365, making it impossible to determine if the correct email addresses are being used. This is especially odd as there are no contacts which include these addresses under my name.

Additionally, undeleteable suggested contacts are appearing in my People app (including for myself), and are visually undistinguished from real contacts.
