Expected login experience with ADFS
Hi, we have been successfully using an IdP SmartLink to https://portal.office.com/ via our ADFS server for over 18 months UNTIL 4 days ago... when all of a sudden it stopped seamlessly logging users in to their portal page - instead prompting for their O365 identity.
I have a ticket logged; however, Microsoft's reponse is that they cannot control the smartlinks created by users - and to recreate them.
Can anybody offer any suggestions as to what may have changed in our environment? is there an expiry or cache time on smartlinks?
Might help if you give us example of the smart link you use.

You can PM it or just post a screenshot I guess.
link sent - Agree VasilMichev - it would seem that a change somewhere, either at AD FS or at the client browser; however, all the other SmartLinks (for Yammer, Outlook, SPO) they all still work fine. It is only the portal.office.com one that is broken.
There has been a heap of traffic on this site about other O365 login issues around the world today, but, they seem to be be for the Admin Centre

Vasil - this is a copy of the smart link that was working perfectly until late last week. The domain of the adfs server has been changed here...
