Excel formulas

I’m working on a formula and have to have to consider multiple situations. I need it to say if contract date minus app date Ab2-C is less than 90, leave the cell blank. If Ab2-C is equal to or greater than 90, then subtract 77 days from the contract date. Would prefer an output of a date for that column.
