E2 365 for Non profits has expired - how to change to/ purchase E1

Our organization E2 will be expired on 22 August, and we have received  notification from  email address removed for privacy reasons that they would reach out to us within 1 week after we had contact them. But till now we haven't got any news from them. So what we should do now? Thank you for your help.
