Is there already a functionallity to not spam the bejesus out of everyone everytime I update a meeting in the calender, but changing the calender so people can see the change? We have monthly meetings for which I reserve the slot in de calender (mail 1). We cannot add rooms everytime beforehand, so I add the room (mail2 x the amount of scheduled meetings). We do not always have a speaker yet, so update that (mail3). It is insane and I hate making these meetings. Everytime a feel consious and scared I make a mistake because then I have to send an update again!
