I am interested to understand peoples views on the sizing of a support team for a single Enterprise.  Usual services around the desktop tower.  Ignore any hardware considerations.  Is there a good ratio out there that people find is useful.  In your answer it would be helpful if you mention how many in the team, roles if possible and how many user accounts are supported.  I am not really looking at teams which support multiple clients.
