Adaptive Scopes tab missing

I meant the Microsoft Purview (ex Compliance) portal and the roles therein: https://compliance.microsoft.com/compliancecenterpermissions
I get the following error when browsing:

- Interesting, this page should not have any license requirements, afaik. Unless Microsoft changed something. Out of curiosity, what licenses do you have in your tenant?
