A few suggestions to lower Microsoft 365 licensing costs

With the "recent" changes regarding Annual or Monthly Commitment and renaming of the licenses (Office 365 or Microsoft 365) a simple article with a few suggestions on how to optimize tenant licenses might be useful.

As such, decided to make a simple compilation on how to lower Microsoft 365 licensing costs. They are quite straightforward and probably already known by most, but can still be helpful for some:

• Lower Microsoft 365 license costs by using all the Business offering first (there is an example on decreasing the price from 11 500$ to 6 600$ (monthly)
• When to opt for Monthly or Annual Commitment and how to view them in the tenant admin.
