365 cloud backup
As a college we now have thousands of MS 365 accounts (OneDrive, Teams, Exchange etc et etc) for staff and students. Some of the data held within will be required to be backed up for a period of years. What is the best way to achieve this?

For your information Microsoft are retiring the 'legacy hold' https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/in-place-and-litigation-holds and refer to the M365 Compliance center (https://compliance.microsoft.com/)
