Manage multiple customers

I have multiple customers using O365 products and each one have their own Microsoft admin portal account.

I would like to find a way to manage all those accounts in a centralized way, with the ability to purchase and assign licenses for my customers.


I created a Partner account and I tried to establish a "reseller"  relationship with one of my customer but it doesn't seem to enable me to manage their licenses and buy new one, as I can't even find a "billing" menu in the Partner portal.


What is the best way to go for my needs ?

Once you are a partner, you should now have a custom URL that an admin of the tenant will need to use and approve you as a Partner account - this should then give you access to all of the billing area.
