Group MailBox almost full
Hi !!! How to archive or delete items inside group mail in office365 . The mailbox is almost full and there is no easy method to remove all old emails from this group mailbox.!!!
If you dont want to do it manually via Outlook/OWA, you can assign a retention policy with a "delete" action: https://petri.com/office-365-groups-compliance
Alternatively, you can use an EWS-based tool/script to do this programmatically.
