Default Profile Picture Instead of Initials

Is there a way to have the our company logo set as the default profile picture for users that have not yet change them in place of the default initials?

No, there is not...this is something you could do by yourself...everytime an account is created, update the profile picture with this default one and ask users to replace by a right picture

To be precise, you would run the Set-UserPhoto cmdlet to upload a photo for a newly created account to make sure that the corporate logo is used.

A default profile image sounds quite useful, which probably means they'll charge extra for it 😉
