Admin visibility and control into OneNote version history setting

Unlike other doc types (like Work, Excel, etc.) OneNote has its own version history feature which keeps the history of all pages.


Due to this versioning capability, when admins look to detect and remove sensitive information found in OneNote, they can remove it from the current version of a page, but it still may remain in the older version of the page with no ability to remove it (unless asking the user to manually disable the versioning). 


We would like to see an option either to control the version history setting in OneNote via the admin portal (so we can define a general policy that defines the version history) OR a way that the admin will be able to disable the versioning to a Notebook.
