Azure subscription is a requirement for purchasing a Marketplace application.

Several clients encountered difficulties when attempting to purchase our application from the Marketplace. The primary issue was the requirement for an Azure account, as they possessed only Office 365 business accounts. During the purchase process, they received a warning about the absence of an Azure account and were redirected to the Azure home page. However, they were redirected without guidance on the necessary steps to complete before returning to purchase the Marketplace application. It turns out that they needed to create a subscription, a process during which they would enter their credit card information. I think Microsoft should put a wizard to step the client through to avoid frustration.

We opened a ticket in September with Microsoft, but unfortunately, it was closed without acknowledging the issue.  (Tracking ID#2308180010008680).
