Surface Hub - No video from HUB
I have a V1 84" Surface Hub that was just upgraded to 20H2 last week. It has a Polycom Eagle Eye Director 2 connected via usb. Since the update, I have been having problems with video coming from the Hub. It just shows the initials of the room instead of video for most of the people on the call. Some people do report they are able to see video coming from it. I also have had problems with the cameras shutting off and reverting back to the built in cameras and I have had it twice just disconnect from the meeting. Our bandwidth is 200Mbps and we typically use under 50Mbps up and down when on a call. Looking for help on this.
