Week on Week % in a pivot table

Hi all,

I have a pivot table which provides a sales volume per week commencing.  I want to be able to add in a row into the pivot table which calculates the weekly % uplift or decreased based on the previous week, and for this to update as time goes on and more data drops in.  How would i go about achieving this?
