Wanting A Self Scrolling Golf Scoreboard in Excel

I have a simple golf scoreboard that I am connecting to a TV monitor and I need the scores to scroll from the top of the spreadsheet to the bottom, and then loop again over and over so folks can see their scores.  I have the scoreboard done just need it to scroll over and over.  Thanks!
