userform in VBA

I want to use VBA in Microsoft 365 in Excel. Now I try to find "userform" when inserting, but it is not displayed.
Well, module and class module
I use 365 on a macBook pro with M1 chip setting
Excel version: For mac version 16.78

Microsoft removed the option to create/edit userforms in the Visual Basic Editor in Excel for Mac.
