The best formula to find data in linked data file and return value in another sheet

I'm trying to automate an invoice.  I have the relvant "time file" linked to the spreadsheet template.

Then if there's a value for that employee I need the corresponding "count" to be place in the "hours" column with their name.  If there's no value for the others it needs to be valued at zero.  Please help!! 🙂
