System Requirements 50-85MB files Excel

What are the requirements needed to handle 50-85 MB files - 500k-900k rows - 30+ columns with 10+ of them with formulas with out excel constantly freezing up.

I currently have a Dell Latitude 5420 - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 1.69 GHz. 16GB RAM but am struggling.
