Split name, address and city

Copper Contributor

Hi,

Could anyone please help with the following?

I need to split the name from the address and the city from the address. The format is the following

Jane Doe 1234 Main Street New York

It needs to be in separate cells like this:

Jane Doe

1234 Main Street

New York

Many Thanks!!

Hi @alekssimic,

I would use the simple flash-fill principles here.

Just format all the information you need as a table, insert one example across like you did in your question, and then select CTRL+E to flash-fill down the column. I created two other examples and it all worked quickly for me. Example attached, I typed across the first row and then flash-filled down.

Amazing! Thank you.
