The time period in which the date of issuance of the building permit is included is stated. For the dates of issuance of a permit / construction based on a declaration of affiliation, the scoring is as follows:

(10.08.1955≤ x5≤09.06.1975) = 80 points,
(10.06.1975≤ x5≤31.12.1982) = 60 points,
(01.01.1983≤ x5≤31.12.1992) = 45 points,
