Sort a list by choosen categories

I want to make a list of different activities, like painting, cooking, going shopping, etc., and then sort these activities into different categories, like "cheap", "takes less than 1 hour", "summer activity", etc. I then want to be able to select some categories I want and some which I don't want, say I would like a cheap summer activity which doesn't include eating, and all the activities that match the chosen categories dropdown, in this chase a cheap summer activity which doesn't include eating.

Can anyone help me with this?
