Hi mexicarla 

 

IFS function is also available on Excel 2019, so if you have Excel 2019, you can still use the function.

 

I did some tweaks to the file to show how dropdown can be used on the summary page. You can choose the tier for each customer from the summary sheet and the changes are effected immediately. I have linked the values from the dropdown to cell B32 on individual customer account. The cell is then used to pick the tier selected in B11 using CHOOSE function.

 

Like you rightly mentioned, the workbook could be better structured for more efficient analysis.
