I am unable to get highlighted cells to stay highlighted to be able to copy or draw a box.
The examples below show the box drawn using the pen in the draw border.
I can not highlight it then use the borders box to draw a border.
It highlights, as shown in the first screen shot, while ever I left click the mouse but as soo as I release the mouse it moves into the one box like in picture the 2nd screen shot.
