"Help" Menu

When I click on the "Help" tab in Excel Windows 11, I get the following message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again".

I checked the network connection and all is good. But I keep getting the above message. Thanks.

Check the M365 account status in File | Account. There may be an error with a 'fix' button. If there's no error or fix doesn't work, try signing out of the account and log back in.

Thanks @Patrick2788 . I tried what someone else suggested (Unticking the boxes for all add-ins at File / Options / Add-ins / Manage COM Add-ins / Go) and that fixed the problem. Thanks for the quick response.
