PQuery create components of date when loading to the table

Hi,

I build an Excel sheet getting data from Microsoft List. I load the data set into PQuery to do some cleansing. There is a date column. When it loads to Excel, it creates extra columns for that date column,
1) It creates Year
2) Month index 
3)Month name 

Oe thing to note, I used this data set to create few pivot tables. But this date column was not used in those pivot tables. How to avoid PQuery creating this extra columns.
