Pivot to track products that are predominantly sold to one customer

The refresh and calculations are working perfectly with the new measure and "I think" I am starting to understand how it is working! It is a lot easier to follow and understand when working correctly.

The ultimate goal is to have the table showing item, current stock valuation, max percent of items sold for all items with max percent of items sold > threshold. I will be adding the stock valuation to the source table and should be relatively straight forward to add it into the 3rd pivot table. 

Unfortunately the Percent Threshold filter is not working. Regardless of what I set it too the figures in the pivot tables do not change on refresh and I cannot see why.
