PIVOT TABLES - TRUE OR FALSE DUPLICATES

I have three sheets in an Excel document:

• The first has a table of vehicle codes, which are essentially composed of five numbers. All I have to do is manually add them because they are sent to me immediately. The following five columns determine if this number has one ending or another and indicate whether it is true or false based on the calculations I conducted in the second page.
• I have the calculations, which are accurate, on a second sheet.
• I'm having trouble with the third. Likewise, I want some pivot tables to tell me which codes are true and which ones are false, but I don't want them to tell me which ones are duplicates. That is, the dynamic table informs me that there is only one code, even if there are two codes that are similar and, therefore, both are true.

For each column, I would need the dynamic table to only display the vehicle codes that are true once, even if there are duplicates.

Once I've addressed this problem, I'd like to know how to filter it by day to see how many real values there are on a given day while also deleting duplicates.
