Parts to order form hopefully this is possible

Hi 

I have added my sheet I am wanting to add parts from a list in a drop down menu from the first sheet onto the second and insert there quantities to make an order on sheet 3 please see attached sheet with notes hopefully it makes sense and I am not sure if something like this is possible at all
