Hi guys, 

I could use a little help. Part of my workload includes indexing and reviewing records for doctors. In this case, I built an excel spreadsheet that used the data function to go into our various file folder specialties (cardiology, urology, etc.) and count the PDFs (Records) that we need to index in our group to help us keep track of how many records we have. I can run it daily to see how we are, and it spits the numbers per specialty for me in the spreadsheet. 

So we have five days to upload all the PDFs from the date of receipt. Now I want that data function to go to the file folder and give me a number on all the PDFs greater than five days out from receipt, so we can track how behind on work we are. 

Any pointers?
