No usable signing certificates are available

Whenever I want to add sign on signature line, I got this message:

No usable signing certificates are available. Please insert your smart card or contact your administrator to obtain a signing certificate.

Note: The feature worked fine before, I can add sign easily without any problem

    Hello Adielbwn
Not sure what you are asking for, can you tell us if you are signing your VBA code or are you adding a signature line and if you have a digital ID set up prior to singing?
Did you try to set up a NEW signature Line and see what happens?
If you can describe the steps you go through and let us see if something is missing

I'm adding a signature line and when I right clicked and then clicked sign, "No usable signing certificate available. Please insert your smart card or contact your administrator to obtain a signing certificate" and then that notification is showed up. Idk about the digital ID set up but I have used the signature line before then signed it, and it just worked fine.

I was able to fix this by importing the certificate via the Internet Options / Content / Certificates interface, into the following three stores: Personal, Trusted Publishers, Trusted Root Certification Authorities.

Previously, I'd imported the certificate into all three locations via "Manage computer certificates", for machine-level, and "Manage user certificates", for user-level, but although the certificate showed up in all six locations (three locations machine, three locations user), Excel didn't recognize it. But going through the Internet Options UI did the trick.
