Need dashboard for Resolved VS Created Tickets.
Following is my snippet data for creating the dashboard.
Ticket ID | Created | Status |
1 | 11/03/2020 | Closed |
2 | 11/01/2020 | To Do |
3 | 10/28/2020 | In Progress |
4 | 10/25/2020 | Closed |
I would like to create the dashboard: Created VS Resolved. I am looking for something like this. (Image Attached)
I really tried but could not get the solution. Can anyone please help me this?
You may try this:
How it works:
- Create Pivot Table.
- Keep Date in ROW, Details in COLUMN and Ticket in VALUE and set COUNT for Ticket.
- Select PT now from Design, then Layout & hit Grad Total, and click on for column only.
- Then Create a Line Chart.
Note: Working with PT is a wise way to do this.

- Rajesh_SinhaIron ContributorYou need one more Column for Dates named as Resolved.. it's like created on 01/01/2020 and resolved or closed on 01/10/2020.
