#NAME? error

An excel file was shared where I work and I have this #NAME? error which appears only in my excel, please how do I fix it?

bryne945 If that's only in your Excel, you have different version of it compare to others.

bryne945 Click in a cell that shows the #NAME? error. What do you see in the formula bar? Are you on the same Excel version as the others?

bryne945 to be precised this error appears only when I have deactivate read-only
