Multiple vertical data matching column A to be moved horizontally

Hard to sum up in one line!

The spreadsheet which gets created by the platform I use looks like this, in separate cells obviously (multiple parental emails next to the same pupil but the pupil is repeated vertically):

PUPIL 1 - EMAIL 1 

PUPIL 1 - EMAIL 2 

PUPIL 1 - EMAIL 3 

PUPIL 2 - EMAIL 1 

PUPIL 2 - EMAIL 2 

PUPIL 3 - EMAIL 1 

PUPIL 3 - EMAIL 2 

etc. (there can be a mixed amount of emails per pupil dependent on number of parents).

I want it to look like this:

PUPIL 1 - EMAIL 1 - EMAIL 2 - EMAIL 3 

PUPIL 2 - EMAIL 1 - EMAIL 2 

PUPIL 3 - EMAIL 1 - EMAIL 2 

etc.

I hope that makes sense. How easy is this one?
