Missing Formula Bar
I am struggling because there is not a formula bar on my office 365 excel and I am wondering if anyone has had this occur and if there is any way to add it

If this is the case with all the Workbooks, check in the Advanced Excel Options under Display group that Formula Bar visibility is set to true. To check that, follow the screenshot given below...
If this is the case with a specific workbook, open that workbook and follow the screenshot to make sure that Formula Bar is visible.
