missing Bank Icon

Hello all,

I have a problem with excel`s new stock function in the data tab and would appreciate your help since nobody else seems to have the same issue.

The Icon is visible, and I am also able to select any Stock Ticker as well as the stock exchange that I want (So excel can definitely retrieve the information), but I fail to extract any information for that ticker like "price", "52 weeks high", etc. simply because that Bank Drop Down Icon is not available. Moreover, the cell`s format changes automatically as you can see in the picture. Excel is also unable to open the link regarding the Financial Market Information which pops up between the tab and the function bar.

BTW, I have the newest 1912 Version
