Microsoft Query "Greater Than Or Equal To" Invoice Date Criteria Filter Not Updating

Hi everyone, this is my first post.

I'm creating a report using Microsoft Query through Microsoft Excel.

I'm trying to use a cell reference as a parameter in the criteria filter in the query for the invoice date.

The criteria filter is >=[Parameter 1].

Parameter 1 is cell referenced to a cell with the formula =Text(Today()-7,"YYYMMDD").

The Invoice Date filter is supposed to be for the previous 7 days of invoices.

The Parameter 1 filter works the first time I use it, however, it doesn't refresh when I change the formula to a different date.

I have the "Refresh automatically when cell value changes" box checked, however, it does not refresh.

When I click "Refresh All", I get an error message that says:

"A PivotTable, cube function or filter control using the connection 'Query from SQL' didn't refresh. Continue to refresh all?"

Why is the data not refreshing? Is there something wrong with my filter?
