Lost the ability to insert comments into an Excel cell

Hello.&nbsp; I have lost the Insert Comment function when I Right-Click on a cell in my Excel docs.&nbsp; Can someone help me please?

albertog&nbsp;, I see. That is the bug with Excel 2019, but with 365 it shall work. And on ribbon, are all icons available?

SergeiBaklan&nbsp;Yessir! I had no idea it would be under Review!&nbsp; I'm so used to either Right-Click orShift + F2&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks for that!&nbsp; I really need to take a course to get better at this!
