Lost the ability to insert comments into an Excel cell

Hello.  I have lost the Insert Comment function when I Right-Click on a cell in my Excel docs.  Can someone help me please?

    albertog , I see. That is the bug with Excel 2019, but with 365 it shall work. And on ribbon, are all icons available?

      SergeiBaklan Yessir! I had no idea it would be under Review!  I'm so used to either Right-Click or

      Shift + F2 

       

      Thanks for that!  I really need to take a course to get better at this!

        albertog , you are welcome. By the way, right click also shall work
