LAMBDA
I've tried creating a LAMBDA function and using it.
1. First, the LAMBDA function doesn't appear in the drop-down list for the Excel functions.
2. When I create a simple one (=LAMBDA(x,y,x+y)) a NAME error appears in the cell instead of a CALL error.
3. I did manage to create a LAMBDA in the Name Manager, but when I tried using it with date, again I got the NAME error, and it did not do the calculation.

If LAMBDA is not in the list of functions that means you don't have it. So far it is available for insiders on Beta channel.
